在当今 ,社会主义市场经济高速发展、个人健康成长、国家繁荣稳定在客观上要求加强以德育人 ,建立新的思想道德体系。如何做到以德育人 ,笔者在此从指导思想、思想道德教育、文化传播和社会实践等方面入手 ,探讨如何不断地推动社会主义思想道德体系的形成和完善。

nowadays, because of the high development of socialist market economy, it*ss very necessary to establish a new moral system and stress to educate people with moral rules. It would help us keep our country*ss prosperity and make our young generation be brought up in a healthy environment. The author has analyzed in several different aspects, just as guiding ideology, moral education, culture communication and social practice, in order to expound how to educate people with moral rules and how to constantly promote the development and perfection of socialist moral system.
