贯彻江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要论述应当变成高校党建和思想政治工作观察问题的着眼点、考虑问题的立足点、开展工作的切入点和评价得失的基准点。要紧密结合高教改革的伟大实践 ,把“三个代表”的要求不断落实到提高办学水平、办学实力上 ,落实到党的知识分子政策上 ,落实到校园文化建设上 ,落实到推进党的建设的新的伟大工程之中。

It is important to carry on the significant utterance of 'Three Representatives' raised by comrade Jiang Zemin. We should fix on eyes upon the claim while thinking over problem. We also should regard it as foothold while starting and evaluing our works in Party constructing and thinking political building. We should combine 'Three Representatives' with the great practice off colleges and universites education reform, put it into enhancing the level and actual strength of running a school, put it into the intellectual policy, put it into campus building, and put it into the new great project of pushing Party constructing forward.
