摘要 经济的发展 ,人才是关键的制约因素。做为培养人才的高校应改革不合理的现状 ,为经济的发展培养优秀人才。教学改革是高校改革的主要内容 ,而教学质量又是教学改革的重中之重。本文致力于探讨运用马斯洛的层次需求理论激发教师的内在动力 ,采取多元化措施以达到提高教学质量的目的。 In the development of economy, a talented person is the key restriction factor. Higher school where talented persons are trained must reform the present unreasonable situation, and foster excellent talented persons for the development of economy. Teaching reform is one of the main Contents of higher school reform, of which teaching quality is the most significant problem. This article mainly probes that using Maslow's leveled demand theory arouses teachers' internal motive power, and probes into taking diversified measures to reach the aim of improving teaching quality.
