摘要
高校图书馆要提高办馆效益 ,就要克服以往图书馆管理中见物不见人的弊病 ,实施以人为本的管理策略 ,选择必要的激励措施和建立必要的激励机制 ,充分调动广大职工的积极性和创造性。
Higher institute library want to improve its benefit and effect. It must overcome the abuse that you can only see the books not to see the librarians in library, but if it carry out this kind of plan headed by librarian. It should choose the encouraging institution so that transfer the librarian's creativity and enthusiasm.
