当代中国干部人事制度改革的若干思考

随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的发展 ,当代中国干部人事制度中一些不合时宜的缺陷和弊端也日渐暴露 ,逐步建立一套科学化、法制化、现代化的新型的干部人事管理制度 。

With the deepening of reforms and development of socialist market economy,there has appeared more and more malpractices in the Personner cardre personnel system.So it is the most pressing mather of the moment to set up a set of scientific,legal,modern and new cardre personnel system and to meet the needs of socialist economic structure.
