司马迁受刑原因再认识

A justification for the cause of SIMA Qian's punition

司马迁受刑一般认为与他替李陵辩解有关 ,解放后文学界史学界基本上是同情其不幸而否定其辩解。实际上司马迁的辩解当时并没有错 ,受刑原因也不在于此 ,而是他与汉武帝统治集团在思想、政治、法律、道德等方面长期冲突的结果 。

It is generally considered that the punition to SIMA Qian resulted from his defense of LI Ling.Out of sympathy for his misfortune,the literary and historical world after liberation held a negative point of view.Acturally,there is nothing wrong with SIMA's defense,and the cause of his punition lies not in his defense,but in his lengthy ideological,political,ethical and legal conflicts with the ruling group of Emperor LIU Che(Han Wudi).
