摘要
“无讼”观念是中国法律文化传统的一个极为特殊的理念现象。本文主要从社会历史、思想文化以及政治统治等方面分析其形成的根源。
Not Resorting to Law” is an extremely unusual mentality held in ancient China's tradition in law culture. This paper is meant to explain how that mentality had been developed by analyzing ancient China's society and history,ideology and culture as well as politics and administration.
