摘要 目的 探讨垂体腺瘤中P16蛋白的表达状况。方法 应用蛋白质杂交技术分析P16在垂体腺癌中的表达。结果 正常垂体中可见P16蛋白的表达,40例垂体腺瘤中未见P16蛋白的表达。结论 垂体腺瘤的发生与P16蛋白表达缺失有关。 To investigate the expression of p16 in pituitary adenoma. Method:The protein of p16 was examined by Western blot in 6 cases of normal pituitary and 40 pituitary adenomas. Results:P16 protein was detected in 6 normal pituitaries and undetected in 40 pituitary adenomas. It indicated that there was on p16 expression in pituitary adenoma. Conclusion:The result showed that defect in p16INK4a expression was related to the pathogenesis of pituitary adenoma.
