The 'Three Represent's' is a great theory that the Communist Party of China put forward in the new times. It maintains that productive forces are the material basis for the whole history of humanity and the ultimate determinant of all social developments. That the Party constantly represents in all historical periods the trend of development of advanced productive forces is the fundamental reason why the Party is powerful.
