摘要
地理信息系统是一门新兴的尖端科学。本文通过七个方面进行对比、分析 ,论述了地理信息系统的发展给地图学领域带来的质的飞跃。并指出普及地理信息系统面临的问题和对策。
GIS is a new and sophisticated science. After contrasting and analysing in seven aspects, the article expounds that the development of GIS has brought a qualitative leap to cartography and it also indicates the questions and countermeasures lie in the popularization of GIS.
