试谈高师体育专业教育的现状与对策

On present Situation of physical Education at College and its Countermeasures

通过对我国体育教育人才培养现状剖析,并与21世纪社会发展要求对比分析发现,我国体育专业培养的学生综合素质相对偏差,将不适应新世纪的要求。加强文化素质教育,狠抓教育教学实践环节,营造人才成长的智力生态环境,重视学生的“体育教师教学效能感培养”是提高我国体育教育专业人才整体素质的突破口和生长点,也是今后提高我国体育教师整体水平的重要途径。

Contrasting present situation of fostering qualified personnel of Physical education in our country with de-mands for social development of 21st century, we find it true that the students'multiple qualities of physical educationin our country are relatively poor and that they will not adapt themselves to he challenge of new century. Accordingly,enhancing the education of cultural qualities, seriously managing educational training, building intelligence ecologicalenvironment for the growth of qualified personnel and attaching great importance to students'developments in the senseof efficacy of physical educational teachers are breakthroughs and growing points in improving qualities of physical educationalpersonal in our country, and are also the key to improving the standard of physical educational teachers in our countryas a whole.
