摘要
将各种养鳖池中的水体进行细菌分离获得的优势菌株经细菌学鉴定为四种菌种:亲水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophis),温和气单胞菌(A.sobria),豚鼠气单胞菌(A.caviae),弗劳地氏枸掾酸杆菌(Citrobacter frieundii)。四种优势菌混合液对常用消毒剂的敏感性试验表明强氯精的杀菌效果最佳,生石灰其次,漂白粉最差。毒力测试发现四种细菌都有较强的毒力,24小时内,腹腔注射的各组供试小鼠全部死亡。
Four bacteria strains are isolated from the pools of cultivated soft - shelled turtle. They are Aeromonas hy-drophis ,A. sonria,A, caviae and citrobacter freundii. The corollary of sensitivity test to genral antiseptic is, as follows:Qianlujing sorks most efficaciously, followed by caustic lime and bleaching powder. Virulence test shows strains havemuch virulence which causes the death of mice in 24 hours.
