摘要
阐释了素质教育的内涵和特性 ,并从素质教育的角度 ,探讨了高校体育专业人才培养目标的转轨和教师角色的转换 .
In this paper, the authors analyse the characteristics and connotations of quality education. From this point of view, it is pointed out that a change should be taken in physical teaching of colleges on how to develop physical professionals, and as a teacher he should make a turn from his traditional direction in teaching.
