肝癌患者降钙素基因高度甲基化表达的初步探讨

摘要 目的 探讨降钙素(Calcitonin,CT)基因高度甲基化在肝癌诊断中的价值。方法 应用多聚酶链聚合反应(PCR)技术检测降钙素基因高度甲基化。结果 6例良性肿瘤全部阴性表达,12例肝癌患者中有9例表达阳性,阳性率为75%。结论 CT基因的高度甲基化在肝癌中有较高的发生率,对肝癌的诊断有一定价值。 Objective To inquire the diagnostic value for hepatic cancer of hypermethylation in the calcitonin gene.Methods To detect hypermethylation in the calcitonin gene by polymerase chain reaction.Results Negative expression in 6 cases with benign tumors and positive expression in 9 cases of 12 with hepatic cancer(75%).Conclusions The results indicated that there was a higher ratio of hypermethylation in the calitonin gene in the patients with hepatic cancer.
