第一趾蹼皮瓣游离移植修复虎口挛缩的临床研究

Reparation of Traumatic Thumb Web Contracture Using Free First Toeweb Flap Transfer

目的 报道第一趾蹼皮瓣游离移植修复虎口挛缩的疗效。方法 在彻底解除造成虎口挛缩的因素后,采用第一趾蹼皮瓣游离移植为13例患者修复虎口的皮肤缺损。结果 皮瓣均成活。经半年到12年(平均3.6年)随访,虎口修复后的优良率为84.6％。结论 第一趾蹼皮瓣游离移植修复虎口挛缩可获得良好的功能与满意的外形。

Objective To report the effect of reparation of traumatic contracture of thumb web using free first toeweb flap transfer. Methods After all the causes of contracture were eradicated and thumb web opened, 13 cases with traumatic contracture of thumb web were repaired by free transplantation of first toeweb flap. Results All of the flap survived and the mean follow-up period was 3. 6 years(0. 5-12 years). The excellent and good rate was 84. 6%.Conclusion Free transplantation of first toeweb flap in reparation of traumatic contracture of thumb web can obtain good function and satisfactory outline.
