摘要
目的 探讨ESR与缺血性心脑血管疾病危险性的临床相关性及其临床意义。方法 对445例无活动性炎症的中老年病人在作血液流变学检查的同时作动态ESR分析。结果 测得的ESRK值与血浆纤维蛋白原水平呈显著直线正相关(r=0.603,P<0.001);按ESRK水平分组显示ESRK水平依次上升的小组的血浆纤维蛋白原均值及其阳性率是阶梯形显著增高(P<0.01);动态ESR呈持续缓降、前/后期速降、持续速降型表现,各组血浆纤维蛋白原水平及其阳性率依次显著增高(P<0.01)。结论 临床可通过ESR检查,结合动态分析、观察无活动性炎症的中老年病人的血浆纤维蛋白原水平变化,对缺血性心脑血管疾病的预防、治疗有重要意义。
Objective To study the clinical relationship between ESR and risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease and it's clinical significance. Methods ESR, hematocrit and plasma fibrinogen level of 445 middle age and elder male and female individuals were examined and dynamic ESR analysis to all subjects was performed meanwhile. Result ESRK that had been examed linear correlated to plasma fibrinogen level (r=0. 603,P<0. 001), when according to ESRK level from low to higher separate into five groups,plasma fibrinogen level in groups shows significantly higher than Its front group's(P<0. 01). According to dynamic ESR analysis it can be separated into persist slow sedimentation, pro/anaphase rapid and persist rapid sedimentation groups and their plasma fibrinogen level shows significantly higher than front group in turn (P<0. 001). Conclusion ESR examination or combining with dynamic ESR analysis can be used for observing plasma fibrinogen level changing and has important clinical significance to prevent and therapy ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular disease risk.
