摘要
本文通过对《国际柔道联盟裁判规则修订部分》中关于消极判罚主要内容的阐述,说明理解和掌握新规则的重要性,分析规则指明的训练方向。
The essay meant to put emphasis on the importance of understanding and mastering the new Judo contest rules and on the direction that the new contest rules demonstrated by a simple exposition of the Revised Contest Rules by the International Judo Federation.
