摘要
肥胖不仅使人体态不美、活动不便 ,更重要的是影响健康、易患疾病、加快衰老 .健身减肥是在有氧条件下 ,以糖和脂肪供能为主 ,尤其是长时间、低强度的健身运动 ,其方法简单易行 ,收效甚好 .
Fat not only gives you an ungraceful and inconvenient body, but also affects your heath, brings you illness, and increase aging quickly. Slimming by body building mainly needs sugar and fat under the condition of oxygen.Especially those body\|building exercises which last long time and need low intensity. This method is easy to control and can get a good effect.\;
