半场区域对位防守在篮球比赛中的运用

The Application of Zone and Man-for-Man Defence in Half-Court in Basketball Games

区域对位防守战术是一种既能体现现代篮球比赛所要求的积极、多变、攻击性防守战术的特点 ,又适用于一般基层业余篮球队的防守方法。笔者在训练普通高校篮球队并参加比赛多年的实践中 ,运用这种防守战术 ,取得了较好的效果。

The tactics of zone and man for man defence in half court can not only ceflect the characteristics of the active,changeable and attack tactics demanded in the modern basketball games,but also apply in the defensive methood of the basic sparetime basketball teams.We have applied such defensive tactics and achieved good results in the practic use of basketball games for many years.
