从强化作用的内容和特点出发 ,分析强化作用在体育教学中对动作技能形成过程的影响 ,以便合理设置利用强化事件 ,加快动作技能的形成 ,提高体育教学效果。

It will be presented in the begenning of the paper that strengthening functions phay an improtant part in sports teaching,what they consist of and what features they are.Then the influence on skills acquisition in sports teaching will be analyzed in order to offer readers ideas to improve the teaching quality.
