摘要
根据国内外高速公路收费管理系统技术发展现状和我国公路建设和管理的实际需要，探讨了采用传统封闭式线路收费管理和集中收费管理的混合制式和收费形式，并进行了效率分析，对我国高速公路收费管理系统研究和发展起到了积极的促进作用。
in this paper, the charging management sysem combined conventional closing line system with concen- trating system is discussed, which is based on present developed management charging system for freeway inside and outside coutry and requirement to highway construcion and management in China. The efficiency is also ana- lyzed.
