详细论述了费改税后垦区交通建设资金的来源渠道，井就费改税后如何分配使用好此项资金提出了切实可行的办法及相应的配套措施。
In this paper, the communication constructing fund source of cultivate area after cost -- tax converting is discussed particularly. The author also gives the corresponding practical measures to distribute and use these con- structing funds.
