河南县防灾基地建设提高了畜牧业整体防灾保畜能力 ,全县从 1 990年— 1 998年共建围栏5 .1 4万h ,可供 2 .76万只羊单位冷季的饲草需要 ;共建畜棚 8.45 96万 ,少死多活 3 8.0 5万只羊单位 ;共建 0 .0 9万h 的人工饲草地 ,解决了 3 .9万只羊单位冷季的饲草需要。三项合计共增加牧民收入 8869.44万元。
