摘要
在我国已建水电站中 ,额定转速为 1 0 0 0r/min的立轴式常规水轮发电机组的最大单机容量为 1 0 0MW .大七孔电站工作水头 31 2 0~ 333 3m ,最大升压水头 394 2m ,装机容量 3× 1 6 0MW ,通过机组机型的比选和设计优化 ,最终确定选用额定转速为 1 0 0 0r/min的立轴混流式机组。该机组科技含量高 ,充分显示了混流式水轮机比转速高、工作水头范围宽广、结构尺寸紧凑、设备重量轻、能够比较充分地利用电站工作水头等特点 。
MW is the largest capacity of common vertical-spindle turbines with rated rotational speed of 1,000 r/m in built hydropower stations of China.The work head,the largest boost head and capacity of Daqikong Hydropower Station are 312 0-333 3 m,394 2 m and 3×16 0 MW respectively.After comparing various types of turbine unit and optimizing design,the vertical-spindle mixed-flow turbine with rated speed of 1,000 r/m was selected.This kind of turbine has higher technology content,and some advantages such as high specific speed,wide range of work head,small size and light weight,etc.
