摘要
堤坝涵闸抢险是抗洪抢险的重点,发生险情时需采取一些必要的应急措施。
Salvage of dykes,culverts and sluices is an important part of flood control.Emergency measures are necessary when the structures are flooded.Some simple and effective salvaging method were introduced in the paper.
