摘要
跳远踏跳的重要支撑临界点是水平力由负向正转换处,它基本上对应于踝的最大缓冲和质心水平速度最低点,制动力与动力段的比例为2∶1,踏跳动作的实质是创造垂直速度的过程。
The important supporting critical point during long jump is at where the horizontal force changing from foreword direction to backward direction.At this point there are the maximum buffer of the ankle and lowest horizontal speed point of gravity center,and the ratio of braking force to enforce is about 2 to 1.The nature of the jumping action is to create the vertical speed while the horizontal speed has been obtained from approach running.
