摘要
介绍美国城镇供水业的管理体制、法律法规、投资与价格政策、工程建设与管理方面的现状与先进经验，提出了改善我国乡镇供水业状况的若干建议。
The report introduced the present situation and advanced experience of the management system,laws and regulations,investment and price policy,engineering construction and management and proposed some suggestions on improving China’s water supply and sewage treatment industry.
