简论现代市场经济运行的调节机制

Comments on Regulation System of Current Market Economic Circulation

本文通过对现代市场经济运行调节机制的分析。认为市场经济运行的调节机制不是计划和市场机制的二元结合。而是在国家垄断基础上,国家作为宏观经济主体运用现代市场经济运行的市场调节机制对市场经济运行进行自觉调节。我把自觉运用市场机制对市场经济运行进行调节的模式称为计划市场调节机制模式。以区别于传统自由市场经济中完全、自发地市场调节模式。

Through analysis of regulation system of current market economic circulation It is concluded that the regulation system of market economic circulation is not the one that planng and market systems are combined dually but that the state as a subject of macroeconomic on the basis of state monopoly conscientiously applies the market regulation system of current market economic to market economic circulation. The pattern of conscientious application of market system to market econmic circulation is defined as that of planned market regulation system thus to distinguish from tha of the thorough spontaneous market regulation functioning in the traditional free market economic.
