摘要
基于莫尔条纹干涉技术,采用傅里叶频谱的分析方法,设计了相位测试系统,导出了不同光强分布对应的莫尔条效方程及光强度分布,给出了相位物体测试系统中两光栅之间的最佳距离.
The author of this paper, based on moire interfere technology and by using Fourier frequency analysis method, designed phase object measurement system, successfully derived Moire stripe equation corresponding different distribution of light strength of the light and also obtanied optimum distance between two-gratings of phase object measurement system.
