摘要
本文根据流动相似原理对泡沫铝低压渗流过程进行了模拟试验,找到了渗流液面的推进、雷诺数、阻力系数和渗流压力变化等规律,试验表明模拟结果与原型结果有良好的一致性,由此建立了渗流过程的数学模型。
On the basis of fluid simulation principles, authors of this paper carried out the simulation experiment of low-pressure infiltration process of porous aluminium and discovered the some important rules such as infiltration fluid surface's advancing , the change of the Reynold's number, the resistance coefficient and the infiltration pressure and etc. The result of experiments showed satisfactory agreement of infiltration process between the simulation and the prototype. And the mathematic model of infiltration process was established thereby.
