摘要
对李荣祥在１９９５年太原全国田径锦标赛标枪比赛上投出６９．８４的试掷动作进行高速摄影。并与国内外优秀选手技术动作进行比较分析。表明：李在“交叉步”过程中，左肩、左臂出现上翘，上体过早后仰或后倒以及两腿“剪绞”动作存在不合理现象是造成“交叉步”的身体重心腾起过高、步幅偏小和最后用力一步步幅偏大的主要原因并影响最后用力的动作效果。

Rongxiang's excellent throwing techniques for javelin in state track and field championship in
1995,compared with abroad thrower.The results show that:The lift of both left shoulder and left
arm and the layback or the fall backward of the upper portion of human body and the
unreasonable phenomena for “scissors” kick are the chief causes for too short stride length
and too high rising height of the centre of body weight during the “cross stride” and too long
stride length for the delivery stride,and affect the effects of delivery.
