摘要
21世纪中国将全面步入社会主义市场经济，中国经济体制的大转型、大转轨决定了中国体育体制也必将发生更为深刻而重大的变革和调整。本文以此为线索，探讨了社会主义市场经济条件下高校办队发展所面临的历史契机，旨在为我国高校运动队的快速、健康发展提供理论参考。
21st century is a brand-new era that China will comprehensively enter to mar-ket economic of socialism. Chinese physical cultural system of organization must occurprofounder changing and greater adjusting then be fore in the immense transformation ofeconomic system of organization in China. Based on these alters, the paper investigatedChinese general institutes of higher learning are faced with development opportunities ofhistory. It is aim to find theory basis of outstanding sports teams of Chinese institutes ofhigher learning that is well suited for our national reality in future.
