特发性肺纤维化的中医病机探讨

特发性肺纤维化是一致死率极高的肺系疾病，发病机制不明，目前临床疗效不佳。本文在研究文献的基础上，结合临床及现代研究认为，肺肾亏虚为发病之本；痰浊、瘀血既是病理产物，又是病情加重因素；外邪侵袭是疾病恶化的原因。

Idiopathic Pulmonary fibrosis is a highly lethal lung disorder,but now the path-omechanism is not clear and current therapies for this disease have little effect on the natural histo-ry of this disease. According to the documats and clinical studies,the author found that deficiencyof lung and kidney is the main pathofactr blood stasis and phlegm are not only the pathopndnctim,but also the pathofactor and exogenos pathogen make this disease serious.
