论述煨脓长肉湿润法概念、作用机制及临床应用规律，探讨外用中药促进溃疡愈合机理，认为皮肤溃疡发生、发展、变化及修复过程，既与皮肤、肌肉、骨骼有直接联系，又与气、血、津液、脏腑经络密不可分，脏腑功能失调为其发病主要关键因素，为中医药以生肌理论指导疮面愈合的临床与实验研究提供了方法和思路。

In this paper,the writer expounds the concept,the mechanism of action and the clinical application law of the humidified method on clearing away the pus and forming the flesh. Moreover,he discusses the mechanism that chinese medicine for external use can promote the healer of ulcer. He holds that the occurence,development,changes and repairing processes of skin ulcer are not only directly related with skins,smusculus and bones, but also are closely related with Qi,Blood and Body fluid,Viscera and Bowels,the Channels and Collaterals, The function dis order of Viscera and Bowels are the important key cause of the disease.
