摘要 Boundary Element Method (BEM) is employed to run theoretical analsis and numerical calculation of dif-fraction of elastic wave and dynamic stress concentration in an infinite then plate with a cireular hole. Based on the work equivalent law of dynamics,boundary integral equation is established for flexural waves of thin plate. Calculation formulas of influence coefficients are derived using Mathematica software and numerical results are obtained for dynam-ic stress conoentration factors in a then plate with a circular hole.
