摘要 IntroductionSpirulina,akindoffiliform,multicelularalgaethatisrichinprotein,fat,vitamin,mineral,chlorophyl,β-caroteneandpolysa... The isolation of biliproteins from the Spirulina platensis cultured in southern China was accomplished with gel filtration on Sephacryl S 200 and chromatography on hydroxylapatite. The spectrophotometry, isoelectric point, and amino acid composition of C phycocyanin were determined, respectively.
