戊二醛浓度对软骨块塑性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨戊二醇的浓度对牛鼻中隔软骨块塑性的影响。方法:软骨块的塑性以抗弯强度来衡量,而抗弯强度又以应力(σ)来表示。将(5×1)cm各16快牛鼻中隔软骨块分别保存于0.25%、0.5%、2%、5%、10%的戊二醛溶液及林格氏液(对照组)中,保存半年后分别测定各组软骨块的应力。结果:对照组的应力最高。从低浓度到高浓度各戊二醛组的应力依次下降,且除0.25%戊二醛组外均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.25%戊二醛组的应力虽低于对照组,但两者无显著性统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:0.25%的戊二醛较2%以上浓度的戊二醛能更好地保存软骨块的塑性。 Objective To study the effect of concentrations of glutaraldehyde(Glu) on plasticity of nasal septal cartilage segments of bovine Methods The plasticity of the segments was measured by bending strength, and the bending strength was repsented by stress. Each 16 segrments was preserved in five sorts of Glu solution of different concentrations and Ringer's solution (control group ) respectively. A half year after the preservation, the stresses of all the segments were determined. Results The segments in control group had the highest stress. The stresses of the segments in the Glu groups decreased along with the falling of the Glu concentrations. Of all the segments in Glu groups except in 0. 25 % Glu group, the stresses were significant lower than that in the control group (P < 0. 05 ).There was no significant difference in the 0.25% Glu group and control group. Conclusion 0. 25% Gu solution can keep the cartilage segments' plasticity better than other Glu solution of higher concentrations.
