摘要
目的:了解肺炎患儿血氧分压(PaO2)、心肌酶谱及心电图(EKG)的改变。方法:对96例普通型肺炎患儿做PaO2、血清心肌酶谱及EKG进行检测和分析。结果:62例(64.6%),心肌酶谱活性增高,52例(54.2%)EKG异常;59例(61.5%)PaO2下降。PaO2下降者心肌酶谱活性增高明显,与PaO2正常者比较差异有极显著意义(P<0.001);EKG异常以酶活性增高者发生率高,与酶活性正常者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:相当一部分的肺炎患儿可出现PaO2、心肌酶谱及EKG的改变,且三者的改变之间存在着一定的联系,提示临床上只有对肺炎患儿的各项指标进行综合分析,才能全面了解肺炎引起的心脏损害情况。
Objective To study the changes of Different Partial Pat of Oxygen(PaO2), Electrocardiogram (EKG) and myocardial enzymes in children with Pneumonia Methods PaO2, EKG and myocardial enzymes of serum were determinal and analysed in 96 cases of pneumonia. Results The values of myocardial enzyines increased in 62 ase (64. 6% ), abnormal EKG was found in 52 cases (54.2%), and fow PaO2 in 59 cases (61. 5%). The values of myocardial enzymes were higher in the cases of low PaO2 than that in the cases of normal PaO2 (P<0. 001 ). There were more abnormal EKGs in the cases with higher values of myocardial enzymes (P<0.05). Conclusion A considerable part of children with pneumonia have the abormal changes in PaO2, EKG and myocardial en zymes, and there are also some relationships among the three sorts of changes. Only by synthesizing the three sorts of changes can the degrees of injury to myocardial cells be judged correctly.
