肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤(附4例报告并文献复习)

THE MYELOLIPOMA OF ADRENAL GLAND (WITH A REPORT ON 4 CASES)

目的 :为了提高对肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤 (AML)的认识。 方法 :回顾性分析 4例AML的临床特点并复习相关文献。 结果 :腰背部疼痛 3例 ,无症状 1例 ,均经影像学检查明确诊断 ,肿瘤CT值平均 - 51HU ,血皮质醇及 2 4小时尿儿茶酚胺测定值均正常。 结论 :AML临床表现无特异性 ,诊断主要依赖影像学检查 ,治疗以手术切除为主 ,肿瘤小于 3.5cm者可密切随访。

Objective To deepen the understanding on the myelolipoma of adrenal gland (AML) Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of 4 AML cases and review the past relevant reference papers Results 3 of the 4 cases were with backache and the other one case had not any manifestations. All of the cases were diagnosed confirmedly by image techniques, and the mean CT value of the tumors was-51HU. The levels of blood cortisol and 24 hour urine catecholamine were normal in every case. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of AML has no speciality and the diagnosis of it mainly relies on the image examinations. Surgical resection is the major treatment approach for the AML. If the AML's diameter is below 3.5cm, it may be followed up closely and need no surgical resection.
