骨盆骨折的CT诊断和评价

CT diagnosis and evaluation of pelvic fracture

目的 探讨CT在骨盆骨折中的临床应用价值。方法 收集 15例X线平片未见或可疑骨盆骨折 ,但临床上有局部疼痛与挤压痛的患者行CT扫描检查。结果 CT发现髋臼骨折 4例 ,髂骨骨折 10例 ,骶尾骨骨折 2例 ,耻骨横形骨折 2例。结论 CT扫描在骨盆骨折的诊断优于X线平片 。

Objective To assess the CT diagnosis of pelvic fracture.Methods Fifteen cases of pelvic fracture with local pain and tenderness were examined by CT scan.All were confirmed to have no fracture or suspected fracture by X-ray.Results CT scans showed that there were 4 caes of fracture of acetabular bone,10 cases of fracture of iliac bone,2 cases of sacrococcyx fracture and 2 cases of transverse fracture of pubic bone.Conclusion CT scan was superior to x-ray film in the diagnosis of pelvic fracture. It's very valuable in making treatments, identification of forensic medicine,compensation of insurance.
