摘要
本文论述了环境与发展的关系,并简要介绍了可持续发展的基本理论,在此基础上阐述了在中国如何实施可持续发展战略。
The article has discussed the relationship between environment anddevelopment, and presented the basic theories of sustainable development. Therefore thepaper has argued how China implements the strategic sustainable development.
