摘要
文章介绍了矿业权价值评估的几种主要方法，就成本法中成本的内涵及地勘风险系数。
Several methods for assessment of mining right are introduced. The new proposals and viewpoints about the meaning of cost, the definition of extra profit in exploration risk coefficient and discount cash flow, determination of factors in the comparable sales methods are put forward.
