总结了银山铅锌矿４０ 多年来积极开展矿山地质工作、进行二轮地质找矿取得的成绩和工作经验；介绍了伴生有益组分金、银等元素赋存状态研究及综合利用情况；“三废”综合回收利用研究及尾矿中绢云母。
The experience accumulated during the past 40 years' secondary prospecting are introduced. During the practices, the new industrial ore types were discovered and the reserves increased. As a result, the mining period was lasted. The occurrence state of Au, Ag and the other accompany useful elements are detailed. The recycling of useful elements from tails and defuse, and utilisation of sericite from tails are expounded.
