摘要
武汉市长湖某住宅楼向两个方向倾斜,最大科率达15.6%。采用锚杆静压桩斜向支撑方法,划分下沉和抬升两个区段,掏土后成功纠偏,解决了此类危楼纠偏加固问题。
A living building in Changhu, Wuhan city is inclined towards two directions with the maximum slope of 15. 6‰. Rectifying deviation and reinforcement of this unsafe building have been successfully completed by way of the diagonal bracing with anchor pile and cutting soil construction, dividingng the building into subsiding section and lifting section.
