摘要
本文阐述了湖北地勘局在推进企业改制工作中存在的问题及存因，提出了解决问题的办法及对策。
This paper has expounded the problems and the causes of them existing in the process of advancing the system reform of the enterprises in HEDBGMR. Finally, some relevant countermeasures for the problems have been proposed.
