胆囊癌临床诊治分析

ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT ON CARCINOMA OF GALLBLADDER

目的：分析本组25例胆囊癌临床资料，总结胆囊癌的诊治经验。方法：对25例胆囊癌患者的临床表现、B超、CT及病理结果进行回顾性分析，并复习相关文献。结果：25例中，术前明确诊断者仅8例，确诊率为32％；并存胆囊结石者20例。结论：胆囊癌的临床表现不典型，术前确诊率低，愈后差。

Objective To summarize the experiences in diagnosing and treeting carcinoma of gallbladder Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical materiels of symtom, B - US and pathology of 25 gallbladder carcinoma cases and rveiew the past relevant reference papers Results Only 8 out of the 25 cases were diagnosed confirmedly before operation, and the diagnostic accordance rate was 32%. 20 out of the 25 cases coexisted with gallstones. Conclusion: The symptoms of carcinoma of gallbladder are not typical, and its diagnostic accordance rate before operation is low and the prognosis of it is unfavourable.
