摘要
目的：观察德巴金治疗难治性偏头痛的疗效。方法：难治性偏头痛患者26例，口服德巴金0．5g，1次／d，服药期间不合用镇静止痛药及其他预防头痛药物，疗程3个月。结果：26例中，基本控制6例，显效12例，好转3例，无效5例，总有效率80．8％，未见严重不良反应。结论：德巴金治疗难治性偏头痛安全有效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Depakine on the treatments of stubborn migraine Methods 26 cases of stubborn migraine were given Depakine 0. 5g once daily for 3 months, and no other analgesic or headache - preventive drugs were taken during the course. Results 6 out of the 26 cases acquired complete remission, 12 cases acquired significant remission and 3 cases acquired partial remission, while the remained 5 cases showed no any remission. The total effective rate was 80. 8 %, and no any severe adverse effects were observed. Conclusion Depakine is effective and safe for the treatment of stubborn migraine.
