摘要
对稻壳预处理过程的影响因素进行了探索,重点对酶解产糖工艺过程进行了讨论分析。结果表明:粉碎90~120目并经2%NaOH浸泡的稻壳是理想的制糖原料;该原料在4.5~50℃,PH=4.5,时间为16h以及适宜的酶与底物配比下,可得较高的产糖率。
This paper presented the oplimum conditions in enzymatic hydrolysis process to produce glucose using the rice shell. The conditions are grinding size of rice shell is 90- 120 mesh,rice shell powder must be soaked with 2% NaOH solution,enzymatic temperature is 45-50℃ ;PH is 4. 5,reaction time is 16h and must have the optimum proportion of rice shell.
