分析指出国家有关部门和学术界目前测评小康实行程度时所采用的小康评价指标和评价方法上存在的五个方面的不妥之处,并在此基础上提出一种新的测评小康实现程度的方法。

This analysis points out that exist five shortcomings in the present index and approach to evaluation on the realizalion of medium-standards life,which is employed in the current academic circle and some departments concerned. And it affers a new way to the evaluation on the realization.
