摘要
以—8羟基喹啉为原料,以盐酸和碳酸盐为主要辅助原料、以草酸为氧化阻止剂制备5—硝基—8羟基喹啉的一种新方法。
The 5 -nitroso -8 -hydroxyquinoline(I)was prepared by nitrosation of 8-hydroxyquin-line with NaNO3 in 10% HCl at 5 ℃. The title compound was prepared by earring I out in AcOH and oxidated with 65% HNO3 at 35-37℃and was purified by propanone.
